Blizzard Entertainment has announced a new collaboration for Overwatch 2, bringing together the worlds of anime and gaming. The partnership highlights Gundam Wing, the first Gundam series to air on U.S. TV. It also coincides with the anime's 30th anniversary, celebrating its iconic mecha designs.
There will be Legendary Skins at the event inspired by Gundam Wing mechas. Mercy can now suit up as Wing Gundam Zero, Ramattra as Epyon, Soldier: 76 as Tallgeese, and Reaper as Deathscythe. The new looks have super anime vibes, perfect for fans of both worlds!
There are also event challenges where you can earn exclusive Gundam Wing-themed rewards. These include Shinigami title and Zero System spray to further customize the gameplay. This will make the entire event experience more exciting and worth it.
