BTS Announce World Tour With Shows In Manila, Singapore, Tokyo, And More

Philippine ARMY, rejoice! After nine years, it has been officially announced that BTS will bring their highly anticipated comeback world tour to the Philippines. Although the venue has not yet been confirmed, the concert is set to take place on March 13 and 14, 2027. Stay tuned for venue, ticket prices, and more details.

The world tour will kick off in Goyang, South Korea this April and visit cities like Tokyo, Tampa, Mexico City, London, and Paris before arriving in Manila, Philippines in March 2027. More cities in Japan, the Middle East, and more will be announced in the coming months.

On their official Weverse account, the group shared: “The new album has special meaning, as it is our first album in three years and nine months, and it shows the direction the group will take. Each member has contributed greatly to the creation of the songs, which have their own emotions and colors while expressing their experiences and struggles in music.”

The last time BTS performed as a whole in the Philippines was during their 2017 global ‘Wings’ tour at the Mall of Asia Arena, where the sold-out concert on May 13. That tour was the group's second worldwide tour, visiting 12 countries including Brazil, Australia, Japan, and the United States.

Recently, the group launched their ‘Permission to Dance on Stage’ tour, a two-leg, twelve-show online tour due to COVID-19 restrictions. Despite the limited in-person capacity, approximately four million fans still joined the tour, online and offline. Their return is sure to delight ARMYs around the world, especially in the Philippines.
