A printing shop in Rizal Avenue, Barangay 209, Manila was robbed on Monday morning. CCTV footage showed a woman taking a cellphone while the 15-year-old store security guard was sleeping.
According to the owner, RJ Alipat, his niece, who was the shop's security guard, fell asleep for a moment. At that moment, the woman noticed the cellphone on the table and quickly picked it up before leaving.
Kagawad Anthony Benoza stated that the suspect is not a resident of Barangay 209. According to him, people who are not from here often come to steal, usually on motorcycles.
Backtracking is now underway to identify the woman and find her. The estimated value of the cellphone is ₱5,000.
