The fire hit Shanata Condominium in Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City on September 22, 2025, around 4:56 a.m. According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), it immediately reached the third alarm.
According to the investigation, the fire started in a room on the 8th floor of the building. No deaths were reported but 13 people were injured, most of them due to smoke inhalation. The youngest of the victims was 29 years old while the oldest was 78 years old.
