The three students were injured after plaster fell from the seventh and eighth floors of a building in Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
A 12-year-old boy underwent surgery on Wednesday. According to his grandmother, the boy's condition is stable and doctors are continuing to monitor him.
According to the family, the building's homeowners' association is in contact to provide assistance. The Quezon City government has also promised appropriate support to the victims.
