A 30-year-old female vlogger from Oslob, Cebu was caught by NBI CEVRO on March 20. According to Renan Agustus Oliva, director of NBI-7, Wendelyn Magalso uploaded a post on social media with false information about the legalization of illegal drugs and used the name of President Marcos.
In the post, he said “Drugs are legal now,” which he claimed Marcos had support for. A subsequent message unrelated to the first caption followed, and a post from TV5 was edited to add the statement “Let's make a law to legalize drugs.” As a result, the NBI immediately conducted a cyber patrol and Magalso was arrested.
