Sa kanilang reklamo sa National Police Commission, sinabi ng mga cadets na inutusan silang maghubo sa ilalim ng pretext ng “body check” at “board test,” kung saan allegedly ginawa ng officer ang pang-aabuso. May tatlong kasong acts of lasciviousness na na-file laban sa suspect, habang naghahanda rin ng rape case na may maximum na 40 taon na pagkakakulong.
