Ysmael. One of the accused filed a <strong data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"520\">\u201cnot guilty\u201d plea<\/strong>, while the other two filed a motion to dismiss the case.<\/p><p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"1019\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Gil Dy entered a <strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"637\">not guilty plea<\/strong>, but his lawyers insisted that there was a <strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"764\">due process violation<\/strong> in his arrest. Meanwhile, the accused <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"868\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Pia Panganiban<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"913\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Christian Panganiban<\/span><\/span><\/strong> filed a motion to dismiss the case due to the alleged <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1008\">illegal arrest<\/strong> of them.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1327\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The court gave the prosecutors <strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1072\">five days<\/strong> to respond to the Panganibans' motion. Their arraignment, including that of Dy, was also postponed pending the resolution of the submitted motion. The court has not yet set a new hearing date for the two accused.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1616\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The case stemmed from complaints and investigations related to the <strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1420\">disappearance and death<\/strong> of the Mollenido mother and son.
