The said activity was organized by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Caritas Philippines<\/span><\/span> together with various <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"499\">civil society groups<\/strong>, so a large number of attendees are expected.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"931\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to the local government, among the roads that will be affected are <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"632\">EDSA<\/strong>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Katipunan Avenue<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ortigas Avenue<\/span><\/span>, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">White Plains Avenue<\/span><\/span>, and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Temple Drive<\/span><\/span>. Because of this, <strong data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"850\">heavy traffic flow<\/strong> is expected, especially in the hours leading up to the program and on the day of the gathering itself.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1325\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">As part of the <strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"977\">traffic management plan<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1017\">zipper lane scheme<\/strong> will be implemented on White Plains Avenue, from EDSA to Katipunan Avenue, starting at 9:00 p.m. on February 24 to 6:00 a.m. on February 25, 2026. By 6:00 a.m. on the day of the rally, White Plains Avenue will be temporarily <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1266\">closed<\/strong> to allow for security and orderliness of the activity.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1758\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Personnel from the Traffic and Transport Management Department, Department of Public Order and Safety, Task Force Disiplina, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Quezon City Police District<\/span><\/span>, and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Metropolitan Manila Development Authority<\/span><\/span> will be deployed to manage the situation.
