Among those named in the court order are <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Manuel Bonoan<\/span><\/span>, former secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), as well as several former officials of the agency.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"1056\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Based on the order issued on February 10 by Presiding Judge <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Juan Ra\u00f1ola Jr.<\/span><\/span>, the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Bureau of Immigration<\/span><\/span> was ordered to prevent the respondents from leaving the country and include their names in the <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"902\">Hold Departure List<\/strong>. According to the court, there is <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"946\">probable cause<\/strong> to believe that those involved may leave the Philippines to evade arrest and prosecution.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1372\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Estrada previously insisted that there was no <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1130\">evidence linking<\/strong> him to irregularities in flood control projects. However, the examination of documents and testimonies filed by the prosecution as part of a deeper investigation into the alleged anomalies in government funds continues.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1780\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Department of Justice<\/span><\/span> clarified that the <strong data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1487\">preliminary investigation<\/strong> in the plunder case, as well as in graft, direct bribery, and corruption of public officers, is <strong data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1596\">still pending<\/strong> and has not yet been finally resolved.
