It also emphasized that the counting of the <strong data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"876\">one-year ban<\/strong> begins when the complaint expires, not on the date it is sent to the Senate.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1310\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">On the side of the vice president's camp, they welcomed the decision as <strong data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1084\">final and clear guidance<\/strong> on the proper boundaries of the impeachment process. According to them, the decision emphasizes the <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1196\">rule of law<\/strong> and lays down a clear direction to prevent political abuse of constitutional processes.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1615\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">However, some legal experts have expressed concern, saying the decision could tighten the use of <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1453\">impeachment<\/strong> as an accountability mechanism. For them, a stricter policy requires more careful and disciplined action from lawmakers.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1965\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In summary, the <strong data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1657\">Supreme Court<\/strong> asserted that the limitations on impeachment are designed to ensure <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1742\">due process<\/strong>, fairness, and respect for the rights of the accused.
