According to the embassy's statement, the ambassador is responsible for all statements and actions of their mission in the country.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"970\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The embassy spokesperson stressed that if there is an intention to declare any official <strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"720\">persona non grata<\/strong>, they are ready to accept the decision as a whole. He said such a step is only in the hands of the President of the Philippines, and if the order for departure is issued, it will be immediately followed with <strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"969\">dignity and professionalism<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1291\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, some lawmakers pointed out that the administration's strong stance on the <strong data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1081\">West Philippine Sea<\/strong> reflects public sentiment. According to them, the President's message is clear and consistent: defend the country's sovereignty through <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1260\">law and diplomacy<\/strong>, not through intimidation or force.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1604\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">It was also made clear that the Philippines' position is not against any country, but <strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1441\">in favor of the law, sovereignty, and welfare of the Filipino people<\/strong>. The ocean issue is not just a geopolitical issue, but a daily reality for citizens who depend on marine resources for their livelihoods.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1933\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">However, there is a call from the Senate to enforce <strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1690\">caution in statements<\/strong> regarding foreign relations.
