According to the story, the incident allegedly occurred inside a <strong data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"582\">condominium unit in Makati City<\/strong> after he was accused of taking private photos.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"1108\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The complainant alleged that he was <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"737\">assaulted and tortured<\/strong>, including having <strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"781\">alcohol sprayed in the eyes<\/strong> and physically assaulted, while several <strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"850\" data-is-only-node=\"\">bodyguards<\/strong> were present. He added that he was <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"903\">detained from leaving his residence<\/strong> for several days. Due to extreme fear, he allegedly tried to <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"998\">escape<\/strong> by jumping from a high floor, but was stopped and brought back by <strong data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1107\">security personnel<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1595\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">On the side of the accused, their <strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1208\">legal counsel<\/strong> insisted that one of them had previously filed a complaint against the driver for <strong data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1310\">qualified theft<\/strong>, which was later dismissed. They also strongly denied the allegation of <strong data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1396\" data-is-only-node=\"\">illegal detention<\/strong>, since the driver was allegedly a resident as part of his job.
