Many of them were <strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"902\">women and children<\/strong>, who experienced intense <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"939\">panic<\/strong> as the ship sank.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1306\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1060\">Just ten minutes later, there was a loud explosion, and the ship immediately capsized<\/strong>,\u201d Sajili added. Many survivors <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1150\">clung to debris and abandoned life rafts<\/strong> while waiting for rescue, but it took more than <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1248\">three hours for help to arrive<\/strong>, something he called <strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1303\">\u2018unacceptable\u2019<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1622\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">After the tragedy, Sajili said there was a strong possibility of <strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1424\">filing a case against the shipping company<\/strong>. \u201c<strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1498\">We have enough evidence to prove the crew's negligence<\/strong>,\u201d he explained. The ship was carrying <strong data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1565\">344 passengers and crew<\/strong>, and one of his clients was among the fatalities.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"2066\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1674\">Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez<\/strong> has ordered the <strong data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1753\">grounding of the entire passenger fleet of Aleson Shipping Lines<\/strong> while a <strong data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"1804\">10-day safety audit<\/strong> is conducted. According to Lopez, if negligence is proven, <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1903\">the company will expect the full weight of the law<\/strong>.
