As of January 24, four bodies have been recovered and brought to the <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"942\">BRP Artemio Ricarte<\/strong> for proper transportation, disposition, and identification with authorities.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1361\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Upon receiving the report, the Navy immediately deployed a <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1106\">rubber boat<\/strong> and recovered the bodies near a large debris believed to be part of the roof of the <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1213\">Amejara<\/strong>. The bodies were brought to <strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1260\">Balut Island<\/strong> before being airlifted to <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1293\">Davao City<\/strong> for proper identification and coordination with relevant authorities.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1775\" class=\" translation-block\">Meanwhile, the Singaporean-flagged bulk carrier <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1431\">M\/V Devon Bay<\/strong> capsized on January 23, about 141 nautical miles west of Pangasinan. <strong data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1555\">Search and rescue operations<\/strong> are continuing for four more missing crew members in the area, the Navy said. The <strong data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1644\">Philippine Coast Guard<\/strong> confirmed that 17 of the 21 crew members of the M\/V Devon Bay were rescued, but is still investigating reports that two of them died.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"2129\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In addition, the <strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1844\">Naval Forces Eastern Mindanao<\/strong> also dispatched an aircraft to conduct <strong data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1904\">maritime air surveillance<\/strong> along the Philippine\u2013Indonesia border to determine if there are any possible survivors.
