The information came from whistleblower <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"672\">Julie Patidongan<\/strong>, a former employee and associate of a prominent cockfighting businessman who has an existing <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"773\">warrant of arrest<\/strong> in Laguna and Batangas for the <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"849\">kidnapping and disappearance of cockfighters<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1212\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Remulla, there are reports that Ang is operating <strong data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"924\">online sabong<\/strong> in Cambodia, indicating that he may have already established a network there, as well as in some parts of Thailand. He also mentioned that some <strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1128\">Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO)<\/strong> have moved to the Cambodia-Thailand border after POGO was banned in the country.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1570\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Remulla said that the <strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1286\">Bureau of Immigration (BI)<\/strong> has no record of Ang leaving the Philippines, so he believes it is possible that <strong data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1374\">he is still here<\/strong>. However, he also did not rule out the possibility that Ang escaped through a backdoor. \u201cIf it is true that he left, it is likely <strong data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1550\">the backdoor is his way<\/strong>,\u201d he explained.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"2092\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">So far, the <strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1621\">tracker teams<\/strong> have conducted eight raids based on tips from informants, but nothing has been discovered in areas such as <strong data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1772\">game farms in Lipa City, Porac, and Negros Island<\/strong>, as well as Ang's house in <strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1840\">Greenmeadows Subdivision, Pasig<\/strong> and his brother's house in <strong data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1882\">Makati<\/strong>. If it is confirmed that he is in Cambodia or Thailand, it will be announced to President Marcos, who has the ability to directly communicate with the leaders of the two countries as the current ASEAN Chairman.<\/p><p data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2591\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Although Ang has surrendered five of his six <strong data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2162\">firearms<\/strong>, authorities still consider him <strong data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2231\">armed and dangerous<\/strong> due to his extensive resources. Remulla also ordered the tracker teams to wear <strong data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2347\">body cameras<\/strong> to prevent possible corruption during the raid.
