The incident quickly gained attention after a video went viral showing the tension between the two motorists.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"886\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to <strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"599\">QC-TTMD<\/strong>, the incident occurred in the middle of a <strong data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"671\">temporary counterflow lane<\/strong> that was implemented due to ongoing construction in the area. Due to the narrow road and the simultaneous passage of vehicles, a misunderstanding allegedly occurred that led to <strong data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"885\">unpleasant words being exchanged<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1221\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">After reviewing the video, the agency immediately launched an investigation. During the hearing, the tricycle driver explained his side of the story, including his reaction when he was caught on video. However, officials stressed that <strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1183\">emotional behavior on the road<\/strong> is never acceptable.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1535\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">During the review process, several <strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1278\">violations<\/strong> were identified, including driving on <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1345\">national roads with a tricycle ban<\/strong>, unauthorized routes, and use of <strong data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1420\">expired or invalid licenses<\/strong>. As a result, the tricycle operator was also held liable for allowing such driving.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1844\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Finally, <strong data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1578\">QC-TTMD<\/strong> once again called on the public to practice <strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1661\">discipline, respect, and patience on the road<\/strong>.
