With the removal of the bad weather, clearer skies are expected in many areas.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"878\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ada's center was located east of Casiguran, Aurora, with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 70 kph. It is expected to continue moving northeastward and weaken into a low-pressure area in the coming hours.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1207\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to weather specialists, the <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"953\">new northeast monsoon gust<\/strong> is bringing drier air that is helping to <strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1031\">weaken the typhoon<\/strong>. However, the <strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1066\">Ada trough<\/strong> may still cause <strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1174\">cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms<\/strong> in some parts of the Bicol Region.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1631\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, the <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1234\">amihan<\/strong> continues to affect Northern Luzon. The Cordillera and Cagayan Valley may experience <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1324\">light rains<\/strong>, while <strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1416\">partly cloudy to cloudy skies<\/strong> are expected in the Ilocos Region and some provinces in Central Luzon. <strong data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1511\">Metro Manila<\/strong> and other parts of the country may experience <strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1601\">generally fair weather<\/strong> with brief rains.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1982\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Although no <strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1677\">gale warning<\/strong> has been issued, authorities have warned of <strong data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1751\">moderate to strong winds<\/strong> along some coastal areas, particularly in Northern and Central Luzon and the eastern part of the Visayas.
