He made this reference when asked about the previous statement of his brother, Ombudsman <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"719\">Jesus Crispin Remulla<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"1073\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Sec. Remulla, \u201c<strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"787\">He is still alleged<\/strong>.\u201d He said that no official copy of the warrant has been received by the <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"889\">Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"899\">DILG<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"937\">Philippine National Police (PNP)<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"976\">Center of Transnational Crimes<\/strong>. Many say they have seen the warrant, but it has not yet been shown to the agencies.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1324\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Because of this, it is clear that <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1136\">there is no warrant of arrest<\/strong> for Dela Rosa at this time. The Interior chief also noted that the reporting about the warrant is only based on the claims of some people, and not on official documents from the ICC.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1610\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Dela Rosa has been absent from the Senate since last year after Ombudsman Remulla allegedly saw a <strong data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1492\">digital copy of the warrant<\/strong> against the former PNP chief known for implementing former President Duterte's controversial <strong data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1607\">drug war<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1882\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Last month, the <strong data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1653\">DILG<\/strong> said it had begun monitoring Dela Rosa's actions, following reports that a warrant could be issued by the ICC.
