The event will bring together <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"546\">top chefs<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"565\">restaurateurs<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"584\">food media<\/strong> from across Asia to celebrate excellence in the region's <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"655\">culinary scene<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"996\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The event's program, in partnership with the <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"745\">Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB)<\/strong>, will feature <strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"784\">industry forums<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"822\">collaborative dining experiences<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"843\">chefs\u2019 feasts<\/strong> using local ingredients. On the final night, an <strong data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"921\">awards ceremony<\/strong> will be held to recognize the best <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"985\">restaurants and chefs<\/strong> in Asia.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1263\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to <strong data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1021\">Anthony Lau<\/strong>, executive director of HKTB, the event showcases Hong Kong's status as a <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1131\">global dining destination<\/strong>. \u201cWe invite top chefs and <strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1189\">tastemakers<\/strong> from Asia to celebrate the excellence of the culinary scene,\u201d said Lau.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1596\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1311\">Asia\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants<\/strong> list is voted on by over <strong data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1362\">350 restaurant experts<\/strong> in the region, has equal representation of <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1417\">gender<\/strong>, and is independently adjudicated by <strong data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1463\">Deloitte<\/strong>.
