Many motorists lined up since early morning but were still unable to enter the port until afternoon.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"769\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Some fixers approach motorists, offering quick entry in exchange for \u20b12,000. According to PPA Batangas, they strictly prohibit such transactions and have port police deployed on the access road to monitor the situation.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1011\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The number of passengers at ticketing booths has also increased, leading to longer lines.
