This will organize TikTok's operations in the U.S. and the deal will close on <strong data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"431\">January 22, 2026<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"676\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Major investors include <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"483\">Oracle<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"500\">Silver Lake<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"512\">MGX<\/strong>. They hold a large stake in the company, so <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"574\">80.1%<\/strong> of the business is in the hands of non-Chinese investors. <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"657\">ByteDance<\/strong> will remain with just <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"670\">19.9%<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"953\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"691\">Oracle<\/strong> will be the <strong data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"725\">security partner<\/strong>. All U.S. user data will be hosted in their cloud, and the algorithm will be retrained to remain secure and free from outside influence.
