data-end=\"280\">The SUPREME COURT<\/strong> has ruled that <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"304\">RAPE<\/strong> is the correct term for the crime, and that the use of the term <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"389\">\u201cSIMPLE RAPE.\u201d<\/strong> According to the court, there is no <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"424\">SIMPLE<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"436\">RAPE<\/strong> because it reduces the burden and pain suffered by the victim.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"724\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The clarification came after the court upheld the verdict of a man convicted of <strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"630\">RASING A 13-YEAR-OLD CHILD.<\/strong> The Supreme Court noticed that the lower court had used the wrong term, so it corrected it.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"1003\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">It was also explained that due to the <strong data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"780\">ANTI-RAPE LAW OF 1997<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"794\">RAPE<\/strong> is considered a <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"836\">CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY<\/strong>, just like <strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"860\">MURDER.<\/strong> That is, it is a <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"902\">SERIOUS CRIME<\/strong> that causes <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"954\">PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL TRAUMA<\/strong>, and should not be underestimated in words
