According to the <strong data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"551\">PNP<\/strong>, she is not yet considered a suspect.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"1009\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to the driver, he and Cabral were traveling on <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"653\">Kennon Road<\/strong> to La Union around 3 p.m. When Cabral asked to stop at the spot, the driver left him and went to a <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"786\">gas station<\/strong>. When he returned around 5 p.m., he could not find Cabral. He reported to the police around 7 p.m., and Cabral's body was found on the bank of the <strong data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"956\">Bued River<\/strong>, 20 meters away from the highway, around 8 p.m.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1254\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">PNP spokesman Brig. Gen. Randulf Tua\u00f1o said it is against human nature to leave a VIP in a remote area and only return to him after a few hours.
