According to <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"524\">President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.<\/strong>, Discaya and nine others are facing charges of <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"580\">graft<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"600\">malversation<\/strong>, and they are <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"648\">non-bailable<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"896\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The President also said that <strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"702\">eight DPWH officials<\/strong> have shown their intention to <strong data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"739\">surrender<\/strong>. He added that <strong data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"790\">investigations<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"816\">filing of cases<\/strong> against all those involved in the <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"895\">questionable flood control projects<\/strong> are ongoing.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1110\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <strong data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"929\">Office of the Ombudsman<\/strong> filed a case with the <strong data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"973\">RTC of Digos City<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"996\">Dec. 5, 2025<\/strong>.
