He said if we don\u2019t cancel his passport, he won\u2019t release the video. I do not negotiate with criminals.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"1074\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The president insisted that even if Co releases a video about alleged lies and destabilization of the government, his passport will still be canceled. \u201cYou will not escape justice,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1273\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to Co's lawyer, Ruy Rondain, Marcos's allegations are \"completely untrue.\" He allegedly had no control over the release of the videos and did not negotiate with the government regarding the passport.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1557\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Zaldy Co, former chairman of the House appropriations committee, fled the country while an investigation into alleged anomalies in the flood control project in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro was underway.
