But the minority insists that this is not <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"984\">credible evidence<\/strong> because it only came from social media and was not made <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1053\">under oath<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1269\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Co was challenged to <strong data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1082\">come home<\/strong> and speak <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1122\">under oath<\/strong> if he is serious about the allegations. According to the NUP, Co's failure to return home leaves questions about the <strong data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1231\">motive<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1250\">truth<\/strong> of his claims.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1572\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, Rep. <strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1315\">Paolo Duterte<\/strong> filed a resolution to <strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1351\">investigate<\/strong> the allegations, especially since the details are big and serious. But Kabataan Rep. <strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1471\">Raoul Manuel Cenda\u00f1a<\/strong> said impeachment can only be discussed when there is <strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1546\">concrete evidence<\/strong>, which is currently lacking.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1709\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The minority also said that even if someone files a complaint, it has little chance of progressing because of the strong <strong data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1697\">House support<\/strong> for Marcos.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1942\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">As the allegations surfaced, the League of Cities, Visayan bloc, and League of Provinces expressed <strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1771\">support<\/strong> for Marcos. They praised his <strong data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1892\">anti-corruption drive<\/strong> and called for <strong data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1923\">unity<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"1941\">stability<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2253\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The Bureau of Immigration also issued a statement, saying there is no record of Co's former aide, <strong data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2081\">John Paul Estrada<\/strong>, leaving the country, in response to allegations that he was helped to leave using a <strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2166\">fake passport<\/strong>.
