A Seoul court has recognized the validity of the group's contract until 2029.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"789\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The dispute began in late 2024, when the group tried to terminate the contract after their mentor, <em data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"647\">Min Hee-jin<\/em>, was removed from his position. However, the court ruled that <em data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"701\">ADOR<\/em> had fulfilled the terms of the contract, so there was no sufficient reason to cancel it.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"1056\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">After the court's decision, the five members \u2014 <em data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"886\">Hyein, Haerin, Minji, Danielle,<\/em> and <em data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"897\">Hanni<\/em> \u2014 decided to continue their careers under <em data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"954\">ADOR<\/em>. According to the group, they thought it over carefully with their families before making the decision.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1323\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><em data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1088\">ADOR<\/em> issued a statement saying that they fully support the members and will provide assistance for <em data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1223\">NewJeans<\/em>'s future projects and performances.
