As such, he is considered <strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"752\">\"in default\"<\/strong> if the time limit for him to respond has passed.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1111\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Kapag idineklara ang isang tao na default, <strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"946\">ang piskal ay gagamit lamang ng mga dokumentong naisumite ng complainant<\/strong> bilang basehan sa magiging desisyon.
