This was in connection with the alleged misuse of PDAF or pork barrel funds in 2008, while he was still a congressman.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"920\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Martires, he granted Villanueva's <em data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"714\">motion for reconsideration<\/em> to reverse the Ombudsman's decision in 2016. The senator also showed the part of the decision that said there was no <em data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"869\">probable cause<\/em> and that the signatures used against him were forged.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"1165\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ibinahagi din ni Villanueva ang mga kopya ng <em data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"978\">clearance<\/em> mula sa Ombudsman at Sandiganbayan na nagpapatunay na wala siyang kasong kriminal o administratibo.
