According to the president, a home is not just a structure but a place where family, love, and dreams are built.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1109\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Under the Expanded National Housing for Filipinos (4PH) program, Pag-IBIG now offers loans for horizontal housing and home repairs with interest rates ranging from 3% to 6.25%. Members can also borrow up to P300,000 for home construction and repairs.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1355\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In addition, there is rental housing for those who cannot afford to amortize and you can also purchase acquired assets as a new option.
