According to MMDA Chairman Romando Artes, more than <strong data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"423\">2,400 field personnel<\/strong> will work until midnight. The <strong data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"515\">\u201cno absent, no day-off\u201d policy<\/strong> will also be implemented for all personnel.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"763\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">There will be <strong data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"585\">traffic management plans<\/strong> to assist motorists heading to the terminals. Bus drivers will also be subjected to <strong data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"685\">random drug testing<\/strong> to maintain the safety of all travelers.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1006\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The MMDA will meet with the management of the <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"838\">North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"875\">South Luzon Expressway (SLEX)<\/strong> to prevent traffic congestion for those leaving Metro Manila. The goal is to speed up travel, especially for those returning to the provinces.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1341\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, the <strong data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1060\">Manila City Government<\/strong> reminded those going to the <strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1104\">Manila North Cemetery<\/strong> in Sta. Cruz and <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1146\">Manila South Cemetery<\/strong> in Makati. Manila North Cemetery will be open from <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1254\">October 29 to November 2, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/strong> The same hours will be available at Manila South Cemetery from <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1339\">October 31 to November 2.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1643\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Vehicles, cleaning equipment, sound systems, pets, alcohol, sharp objects, gambling, and flammable materials are prohibited inside the cemetery. <strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1574\">This year's Undas is a long weekend<\/strong> because <strong data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1643\" data-is-last-node=\"\">October 31 and November 1 are special non-working holidays.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang MMDA ay handa na sa paggunita ng Undas 2025 upang masiguro ang maayos na daloy ng trapiko at ligtas na pagbiyahe ng mga motorista at commuter.
