According to PAGCOR Assistant Vice President <strong data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"748\">Jessa Mariz Fernandez<\/strong>, the agency's monthly revenue dropped from <strong data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"817\">\u20b15.7 billion in May<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"858\">\u20b12.9 billion in September<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"1160\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Fernandez said a major reason for the decline is the <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"966\">Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) order<\/strong> for payment platforms to remove links to gambling sites. Because of this, PAGCOR is expected to miss its target of <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1120\">\u20b160 billion<\/strong> in gross gaming revenue this year.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1361\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">PAGCOR also shared that its total revenue as of September was <strong data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1206\">\u20b140.57 billion<\/strong>. More than <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1276\">60%<\/strong> of the agency's revenue comes from <strong data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1320\">online gambling<\/strong>, so the impact of the ban is being felt.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1653\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, representatives of e-wallet companies explained that they earn <strong data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1464\">2% to 3%<\/strong> on each transaction of gaming operators.
