According to the NDRRMC report on October 19, about 22,311 individuals were evacuated in preparation for the storm's impact.<\/p><p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"873\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">More than <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"528\">\u20b122,000,000<\/strong> worth of passengers and cargo were affected after sea voyages were stranded. Up to <strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"698\">3,242 passengers, 1,050 rolling cargoes, 6 ships and 7 boats<\/strong> were unable to travel. According to the Coast Guard report, the number is even higher: <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"835\">6,560 passengers, 41 ships, 2 boats, and 1,911 rolling cargoes<\/strong> were stranded at various ports.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1052\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Despite widespread evacuations and travel delays, no damage to buildings or farms was reported. Authorities are still monitoring the storm's impact.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1391\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to PAGASA, as of 8 a.m. Sunday, the center of the typhoon was located off the coast of <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1130\">Mauban, Quezon<\/strong>. It was packing maximum sustained winds of <strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1178\">65 kph<\/strong> near the center and gustiness of up to <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1247\">90 kph<\/strong>.
