The transaction is targeted to close in the first half of <strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"689\">2026<\/strong>, providing a clearer direction for both companies.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"1013\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Up to <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"786\">900 employees<\/strong> from factories in Iowa and Minnesota, as well as a design center in Switzerland, will move to the new company. <strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"931\">Mike Kennedy<\/strong> will be named CEO to lead Indian Motorcycle as an independent brand.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1205\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Polaris expects the spin-off to add revenue of approximately <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1110\">\u20b12.9 billion<\/strong> (USD 50 million) and add nearly <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1170\">\u20b158 per share<\/strong> (USD 1.00) to its earnings.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1449\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Founded in <strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1230\">1901<\/strong>, Indian Motorcycle was revived under Polaris and is now poised to continue as an independent brand focused on <strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1446\">innovation, more models, and a stronger global presence<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang Polaris Inc. ay nagpasya na gawing hiwalay na kumpanya ang Indian Motorcycle.
