The issue has sparked more controversy online as the vehicle was also seen with <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"795\">illegal blinkers and wang-wang<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"1045\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to LTO, the driver surrendered his license and unauthorized parts of the SUV but failed to return the <strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"947\">protocol plate \u201810\u2019.<\/strong> As a result, the SUV was impounded and the driver's license was permanently revoked.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1191\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, Alfonso filed for <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1090\">indefinite leave<\/strong> while the investigation is ongoing. According to the DOTr, this is to ensure that he does not interfere in the process.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1442\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">LTO chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao added that it is annoying to watch the video because the driver seems to be \"on fire\" but cannot say where the plate '10' went.
