This was under the leadership of <strong data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"579\">Atty. Vigor Mendoza II<\/strong>, who has now been transferred to lead the <strong data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"631\">LTFRB<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"834\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Before his transfer, Mendoza said this success was the result of <strong data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"733\">reforms<\/strong> that streamlined operations, prevented revenue leakage, and modernized the collection system.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1106\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Based on official data as of <strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"887\">September 30<\/strong>, the LTO has collected <strong data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"935\">\u20b125,469,343,321.16<\/strong>, or equivalent to <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"990\">75% of the annual target of \u20b134 billion<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1031\">LTO Central Office<\/strong> also exceeded its target of \u20b1906 million, after collecting <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1103\">\u20b11.4 billion<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1341\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Mendoza, many more <strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1158\">regional offices<\/strong> are close to their respective targets, most of them just missing <strong data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1244\">30% or less<\/strong>. He is confident that the LTO will reach or even surpass the overall target before the end of the year.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1548\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1373\">The fight is not over yet,<\/strong> we still need to raise <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1420\">\u20b18 billion<\/strong>.
