After his swearing-in, Remulla said he wants <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"602\">continuous trials<\/strong> to avoid <strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"646\">delaying tactics<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"921\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Remulla, the evidence his office has is sufficient and they will try to make it complete and strong before filing a case. He said it doesn't matter if the position is high or low\u2014<strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"871\">even a senator<\/strong> can be held accountable if the evidence is clear.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1120\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Asked if any relatives of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. might be implicated, Remulla's answer was clear: \"We have no choice, if that is the evidence, we cannot deny it.\"<span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><\/p><p data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1316\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">At the same time, Remulla also said that cases regarding <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1226\">Pharmally corruption<\/strong> will be reviewed again, including the possible liability of former officials like <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1313\">Francisco Duque<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1678\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The new Ombudsman also added that they will study changing the policy on the release of <strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1469\">SALN (Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth)<\/strong>. They plan to release it but will remove sensitive details to comply with the <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1578\">data privacy law<\/strong>.
