She was caught at a restaurant on Timog Avenue past 7 p.m., October 8.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"753\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to the police, he was first arrested on November 22, 2024 and released on bail, but he did not attend the hearings, so a <strong data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"735\">warrant of arrest<\/strong> was issued against him again.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1013\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">One \u200b\u200bof the <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"777\">victims<\/strong> was a couple who gave a <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"829\">\u20b1140,000 investment<\/strong> in exchange for the promise of <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"878\">\u20b15,600 weekly income<\/strong>. The couple were planning to add another \u20b170,000 when the suspect agreed to meet, leading to his arrest by authorities.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1286\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Four more people filed complaints after the arrest, including a victim who paid nearly <strong data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1128\">\u20b1100,000<\/strong> for the suspect's services but no case was processed. Because he is a lawyer, they were more easily persuaded by the legal language he uses.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1515\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Up to <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1315\">27 people<\/strong> from Cagayan Valley were allegedly victimized by the lawyer.
