According to Estrada, Hernandez lied in his statements about alleged <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"625\">anomalies in flood control projects<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"794\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Estrada filed four cases at the <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"705\">Quezon City Prosecutor's Office<\/strong> this October 7. He also said that Hernandez can be seen as a <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"778\">\"habitual liar\"<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1057\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">One \u200b\u200bof the complaints is that Hernandez alleged that Estrada received a <strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"893\">30% kickback<\/strong> from the project. If the flood control projects cost <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"979\">\u20b1355 million<\/strong>, it turns out that more than <strong data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1019\">\u20b1106.5 million<\/strong> allegedly went to Estrada.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1259\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The complaint also includes false statements about <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1126\">Beng Ramos<\/strong> allegedly being the senator's staff, using <strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1183\">fake IDs<\/strong> in casinos, and Hernandez's denial that he was involved in the project.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1429\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The complaint is based on <strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1325\">Article 183 of the Revised Penal Code<\/strong>, which states that anyone who makes a <strong data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1426\">false statement under oath<\/strong> is punishable by law.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang Senador Jinggoy Estrada ay nagsampa ng perjury complaints laban kay dating DPWH engineer Brice Hernandez.
