The doctor, identified only as <strong data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"578\">V\u00edctor \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, 45, has had his license temporarily suspended in connection with the case.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"962\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Before the child's death, her father, <strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"732\">Carlos Arellano<\/strong>, said the child's mother told him that their child was in the \"mountain\" and was later rushed to the hospital. When Paloma died, he was told that <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"892\">COVID-19<\/strong> was the cause, but it was later discovered that it was due to surgery.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1298\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">On the hill, relatives noticed that Paloma's breasts were larger than usual. When the family examined her, they found <strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1114\">implants and scars<\/strong>. They immediately requested an autopsy. The child's mother is also being investigated for allegedly putting the minor in danger. The autopsy results may take more than 10 days.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1857\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Carlos started a campaign on <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1628\">Instagram<\/strong> to demand justice for his son.
