I've long accepted that my previous relationship is over, but in recent months someone has come back into my life\u2014<strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"798\">my high school ex<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1117\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">He is <strong data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"823\">34 years old<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"835\">single<\/strong>, and also an <strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"856\">OFW<\/strong>. We just started talking again <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"927\">4 months ago<\/strong>. And to be honest, I fell in love again quickly because I felt like the excitement from when we were in high school came back. It even got to the point where we said <strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1093\">\u201cI love you\u201d<\/strong> to each other.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1348\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">But the day came when I asked him directly: <em data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1200\">\u201cWhat are we really like?\u201d<\/em> His answer to me was: <em data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1346\">\u201cLet\u2019s see how our communication flows, love. Who knows, we\u2019ll end up together in the end.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1648\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">I'm a little stuck on that answer. It's not clear. Yes, there's <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1427\">love<\/strong>, there's <strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1450\">communication<\/strong>, but it still doesn't seem like he's ready to give <strong data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1514\">commitment<\/strong>. And honestly, I'm scared. I'm scared of repeating the same pain I went through before.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2456\" data-end=\"2718\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">So here I am, confessing. I don't know if I should choose my <strong data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2535\">heart<\/strong> or my <strong data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2553\">mind<\/strong>.
