The suspect, identified as <strong data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"641\">Xian<\/strong>, sold <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"682\">three Rolex watches<\/strong> for <strong data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"709\">P50 million<\/strong>. The buyers paid in cash, but it was discovered that most of the money was counterfeit, and <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"840\">only 20 pieces were genuine \u20b11,000 bills<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1070\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Investigators also discovered <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"927\">falsehoods in Xian's account<\/strong>, including the false statement that the <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"989\">Rolex Rainbow Daytona<\/strong> worth <strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1026\">\u20b140.5 million<\/strong> was owned by a \u201cMr. Zshornack.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1252\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">On <strong data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1091\">August 29<\/strong>, his accomplice <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1124\">Gianan<\/strong> filed an <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1177\">estafa complaint<\/strong> against Xian after Xian allegedly failed to return his <strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1244\">\u20b12 million investment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1419\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">On <strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1275\">September 4<\/strong>, the police also filed a separate case against Xian for <strong data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1381\">perjury and obstruction of justice<\/strong> at the Quezon City prosecutor\u2019s office.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang 26-anyos na lalaki ay kinasuhan ng estafa, perjury, at obstruction of justice kaugnay sa P50 milyong Rolex scam sa Quezon City, ayon sa pulisya.Naganap ang transaksyon noong Hulyo 7 sa parking area ng isang coffee shop sa C-5, Barangay Bagumbayan.
