While the task force is still being formed, Santiago has ordered officials to begin work immediately, especially in areas visited by the President.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1148\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Santiago said that reports from the <strong data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1019\">NBI regional offices<\/strong> are being compiled and are expected to be submitted to the DOJ next week. He said the report could be completed by <strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1119\">Tuesday or Wednesday<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1449\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">As for contractor couple <strong data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1220\">Sarah and Curlee Discaya<\/strong>, Santiago said that a thorough study will be conducted to determine whether they should be placed in the <strong data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1334\">witness protection program<\/strong>. He added that their testimony should not be considered \u201cgospel truth\u201d and that the investigation should be fair.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1705\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The DOJ is also open to other whistle-blowers and assured that all information will be reviewed and verified.
