Reports from doctors and a <strong data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"882\">neuropsychologist<\/strong> showed that Duterte has problems with <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"956\">memory, thinking, and time and place<\/strong>, which affect his ability to communicate with his lawyers.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1291\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Furthermore, the expert said that Duterte is no longer able to remember the events during the case and will not be able to provide clear <strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1213\">testimony<\/strong>. Because of this, he will not be able to properly participate in the trial process.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1479\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Meanwhile, Vice President Sara Duterte revealed that she spoke to her father several times in prison, but was not allowed to share the details of their conversation.<span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><\/p><p data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1821\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Duterte is currently facing charges at the ICC for <strong data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1574\">crimes against humanity<\/strong>.
