According to <strong data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1158\">DAR Secretary Conrado Estrella III<\/strong>, there was only an exploratory meeting in December 2023 but it did not result in a loan application.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1456\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The DOF also confirmed that the Philippines stopped seeking funding from Korea in 2024.
