The woman replied that she only thinks of me as a brother and that she means nothing else. Whether that's true or not, I couldn't help but feel <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1062\">doubt and jealousy<\/strong> because why did he even have to ask that?<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1458\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1129\">What's more painful,<\/strong> my boyfriend said he didn't mean anything by it. He just wanted to get to know the co-worker as a friend. But in my mind and heart, things were different. It was like he was looking for validation from someone else, validation that should only come from me. <strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1405\">It hurt in my side,<\/strong> and I couldn't settle down no matter what he explained.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1899\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">And it didn't end there. <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1497\">Last week,<\/strong> I saw him holding a <strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1552\">hardcopy group photo<\/strong> with that co-worker and their other officemates from the seminar. It's not wrong to have a picture, but <strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1692\">he hid it from me.<\/strong> When I asked him, he said he might give the wrong meaning so he didn't say it right away. But the truth is, I was even more <strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1851\">angry and disappointed.<\/strong> If there's nothing wrong, why hide it?<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"2363\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Now, I don't know if I'm just being petty or if my feelings are right. Yes, I know I'm jealous, but I can't help but think that maybe <strong data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2073\">something is missing between us.<\/strong> I love him so much, I don't want to lose him, but <strong data-start=\"2132\" data-end=\"2190\">it seems like doubts and insecurity are slowly eating away at me.<\/strong> I'm just taking care of myself, but sometimes I just want to ask: if he really loves me, why are there things he can't tell me directly?<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2625\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2395\">I love my boyfriend,<\/strong> but honestly, I don't know how to deal with these small but heavy things that cause pain and doubt.
