So even though we're together, I choose not to touch her. I tell myself that <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1606\">I'll wait<\/strong> until he turns 18. Maybe then everything will be right. But I'm also afraid\u2014maybe when he grows up, he'll change his mind, or maybe he'll see that I'm not the one he wants. As painful as it may be to think about, I have to accept it if that happens.
