It is moving northwest at 10 kph.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"1037\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <em data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"767\">trough<\/em> is causing rains in the Ilocos Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Cordillera, Zambales and Bataan. It is also strengthening the southwest monsoon which is bringing <em data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"919\">thunderstorms<\/em> and the threat of <em data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"946\">flash floods<\/em> and <em data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"962\">landslides<\/em> in Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Western Visayas and Negros Island Region.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1389\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Although there are no <em data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1086\">tropical cyclone wind signals<\/em>, PAGASA warned that it is possible to reach 50 to 100 millimeters of rain, which could cause flooding in low-lying areas and landslides in the mountains. Fishermen are also advised not to venture out to sea in the western part of Luzon and Visayas due to waves that may reach 3.5 meters.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1770\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Jacinto is expected to exit the Philippine Area of \u200b\u200bResponsibility today, but may become a tropical storm over the weekend as it heads towards Vietnam.
