According to Mayor Isko Moreno, more than <strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"539\">200 projects<\/strong> from 2022 to 2025 have been completed, but Manila continues to be flooded.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"828\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Moreno said the projects allegedly did not have <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"666\">permits<\/strong> from the local government. He added, \u201cFunds for flood control have been allocated, but the people of Manila continue to suffer.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1028\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Moreno also shared the breakdown of the amount per district: <strong data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1026\">District 1 \u2013 \u20b13.4B, District 2 \u2013 \u20b12.059B, District 3 \u2013 \u20b14.2B, District 4 \u2013 \u20b11.3B, District 5 \u2013 \u20b11.1B, and District 6 \u2013 \u20b12.06B.<\/strong><\/span>...<\/p><p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1299\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The mayor clarified that the aforementioned are <strong data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1092\">old projects<\/strong>.
